Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, please email shop@noormodestwear.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your request. Our team will respond promptly with next steps.
We accept returns on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear. This includes, but is not limited to, stains, deodorant marks, perspiration, or fragrance. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns due to fabric shrinkage. We understand this may be inconvenient and are actively working to minimize shrinkage in future productions through improved fabric selection and testing.
Shipping
Once your order is placed, estimated shipping and delivery timelines will be provided based on item availability and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Orders are processed with care and attention to detail. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your destination.
